Laughing Crab Catering, a special event catering company based in downtown Havre de Grace, MD

Laughing Crab's crab cakes won top honors, best crab cake at the festival for the third year in a row. Our Chesapeake Rockfish Sandwich was best overall seafood item. This makes 21 awards for the Laughing Crab recipe. In addition, their Cream of Crab and Shrimp Soup won third place in the Taste of The Sea Cook Off. There were 29 Restautant Entries this year.

Laughing Crab Catering is proud to offer Havre de Grace restaurant quality to fairs, festivals and special events around the country. Laughing Crab will be offering its award winning Chesapeake Bay delicacies at over 60 East Coast events this year. This business is in the unique position of being able to spread the Havre de Grace Tourism message throughout country. After four Florida events, followed by the a stop in North Carolina, Laughing Crab will return home for summer events including the War of 1812 Celebration, Havre de Grace Decoy Festival, Havre de Grace Independence Celebration Parade, Havre de Grace Seafood Festival, Havre de Grace Art & Craft Show and select downtown events. This year we will be participating in Festivals in every State from New Jersey to Florida and you will see us in Detroit and Alabama. Real Chesapeake Bay Seafood, not Maryland Style.
